Harsha has over 30 years of Business Management and Leadership experience in India and the US with large enterprises and startups in the IT and ITeS industry. Most recently he was Executive Vice President with RuralShores Business Services.
In his earlier stints, he led the Public and Large Enterprise Market for Dell India, headed the Process Manufacturing Industry Business and Microsoft 360 partnership at Wipro Ltd, ran Channel Sales at Sun Microsystems in the US and India, and managed the Networking Business at Motorola India.
Harsha is a post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, and has an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
As its Chief Technical Officer, Jagannath is responsible for the company’s product development and technology strategy. His consulting experience in the USA covers the development of innovative robotic systems for space, underwater and hazardous applications for projects funded by NASA, Federal Sea Grant Program, Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation.
His expertise covers many areas of technology relevant to robotic systems, viz., mechanical design, actuator and sensors, computer control, signal and power electronics and embedded and application software.
Jagannath is a B Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and holds a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, and master’s & doctoral degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA.
Rajashekar manages various aspects of producing mechanical assemblies from design – generation and maintenance of product drawings, process plans, inspection methods, assembly procedures, mechanical related tests of sub assemblies and assemblies, development of vendors, BOMs, etc. He has been with the Systemantics since its inception. Rajashekar holds a bachelor’s (Mech) degree in engineering from the BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore University.
Mohan manages the development and fabrication of electronic hardware for the drive and control electronics of the robot. His responsibilities include testing of bought-out / fabricated electronics / electrical modules and unit testing of developed modules. He has been with the firm since its inception. Mohan holds a bachelor’s (Electronics) degree in engineering from the BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore University.
